År 1967. Alps Motorola Co., Ltd., a joint venture of Alps Electric and Motorola, Inc. is founded. Forerunner of the present Alpine is founded.
År 1968.  Manufacturing of 8-track cartridge players commences.

År 1978. Sales subsidiary, Alpine Electronics GmbH, was formed in Germany. Company name changed to Alpine Electronics, Inc. Sales subsidiary, Alpine Electronics of America, Inc., was formed in United States. Alpine established a domestic sales department to provide after-sales services for OEM components installed to Honda Prelude model automobiles.
År 1979. Sales subsidiary, Alpine Electronics of Canada, Inc., was formed in Canada.

År 1985. Sales subsidiary, Alpine Electronics of UK Ltd., was formed in United Kingdom.
År 1986. Manufacturing subsidiary, Alpine Electronics Manufacturing of America, Inc., was formed in United States. Sales subsidiary, Alpine Electronics France S.A.R.L., was formed in France.
År 1987. New company building was completed at Industrial Park, Iwaki. Sales subsidiary, Alpine Electronics of Australia Pty, Ltd., was formed in Australia.

År 1992. European headquarters of Alpine Electronics (Europe) GmbH was formed in Germany. Parts procurement and liaison subsidiary, Alpine Electronics Asia Pte. Ltd., was formed in Singapore.
År 1992. GP Shuttle, highly precise GPS car navigation system, launched. Alpine became first to manufacture car audio in the People’s Republic of China.
År 1994. Manufacturing subsidiary, Dandong Alpine Electronics, Inc., was formed in China. New production center, Alcom Mexico, began operation in Reynosa, Mexico. Alpine Vision 2005 Era
År 1995. Alpine Vision 2005 was established. First convertible bond issued. Sales subsidiary, Alpine Electronics (China) Co., Ltd., was formed in China.
År 1996. NVE-N055V car navigation system won the “Car Accessories Awards grand prize”. NVE-N055V

År 1998. Alpine Electronics Manufacturing of Europe Ltd., was formed in Hungary. Alpine Electronics Manufacturing of Europe Ltd., Alpine acquires ISO14001 certification, an international standard for environmental management.
År 2000. Alpine enters technological tie-up with Nokia in the field of mobile multimedia. AlpineF#1Status flagship series launched and won “Car Hi-Fi Grand Prix” in Europe. AlpineF#1Status
År 2001. Alpine Marketing Co., Inc., was formed in Japan.
År 2002. Alpine is first Japanese car audio manufacturer certified for ISO/TS16949, an auto industry quality management standard. Taicang Alpine Electronics Co., Ltd., and Alpine China Dalian R&D Center were open.
År 2003. The Alpine brand celebrates its 25th anniversary.
